Please note that the current process of granting access is still manual, so expect a slight delay. Access is granted via an invite to a test organization in Tekla Online (ATC) called "Tekla Structures Testing", you will get an email to accept the invite (check your spam folder); just click the link provided, or browse to https://account.tekla.com/account/myOrganization.html (sign in when prompted) and accept the invite. Once that is done, you can start using the assistant.
